With reports that Libya is on the verge of a civil war, rumors that Gaddafi will simply torch the oil facilities, and concern that the violence could spread to Saudi Arabia, a $200 oil barrel price almost seems low.  In the meantime, the U.S. (and now Canada) prepares for domestic civil unrest.  Perhaps everything is now coming to a head.  In the meantime, the U.S. Navy executes the country's largest anti-terrorism exercise...
