Dr. Vahid Majidi, who was appointed Assistant Director of the FBI's Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate by FBI Director Mueller, has said that there is a 100 percent chance of a chemical, biological, or radiological weapon attack on the U.S.  If you know there is a 100 percent chance of rain on  a given day, do you bring along an umbrella?  If you know there is a 100 percent chance of a WMD attack, then what are you doing to prepare?  Small steps can have big effects.
